Yes. A $500 deposit is required to begin the design process. This amount is applied toward the final cost of your piece.

Yes. Existing stones can be used in a new design. If you’d like your gold to be recycled, its metal value can be applied toward the cost of the new piece.

Most custom projects take 6–8 weeks from design to completion. Timelines vary depending on complexity and sourcing.

Financing is not offered at this time. Once the design is approved, 50% down is required to begin production, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

Yes. A five-year warranty covers craftsmanship issues such as loose stones or adjustments related to normal wear. Damage from misuse or loss is not covered, but repairs can always be arranged.

Custom pieces cannot be returned. In-stock items can be returned within 10 days of purchase, as long as they have not been worn.
